Spam Noodles

Ingredients:

1-12 oz can of Spam
2 packages of stir fry Yakisoba Noodles
1 pound fresh bean sprouts
1 bunch of cilantro (Chinese Parsley)
vegetable oil

Preparation:

Cut Spam into 1" x 1/4" x 1/8" thick pieces. Wash bean sprouts & cilantro in separate colanders. Dice cilantro into 1/2 inch pieces. Remove noodles from package & separate noodles.

Cooking:

Heat wok or deep frying pan with high heat. Cook all the time with high heat. Add oil. Add Spam and brown. Add noodles and brown. Add spice packets included with noodles. Add bean sprouts. Mix everything well. Turn off heat & add cilantro. Mix well.

Serve immediately


Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour, stirred or sifted before measuring
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation:

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine egg and milk; add to flour mixture, stirring only until smooth. Blend in melted butter.

Cooking:

Cook until brown on one side and around edge; turn and brown the other side. Recipe for pancakes serves 4.

Serve these pancakes with butter and syrup.


Flock Of Seagulls Hot Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 Loaf of Bread (Your choice)
2 slices Swiss Cheese
2 slices Cheddar Cheese (Sharp)
Butter, soft
3 Banquet Brand Chicken Fingers

Preparation:

Cook the Banquet brand chicken fingers according to the instructions on the package. Butter two slices of bread. heat a pan on the stove to medium. Have cheese ready!

Cooking:

When the Chicken fingers are done, place butter bread, butter side down, in the pan. Add the 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Place Chicken fingers on top, then add the 2 slices of Cheddar and top with other slice of butter bread, butter side up.

Flip sandwich occasionally until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is starting to melt. Serve with garnishes of your choice. Feel free to add other thin items as you cook. They'll be saying "I ran so far away...To get to this sandwich!"
